CONTRACT TRANSACTIONAL ATTORNEY
We are seeking a contract transactional attorney with the following qualifications:

* 2+ years experience with entity formation, venture capital financing, stock option, licensing, commercial contract, and/or merger acquisitions.
* Experience with (or willingness to learn) employment-related and investment-related immigration applications.
* Experience with technology companies and companies with Asia operations preferred.
* Experience with trademark applications a plus.
* Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
* Detail oriented and willing to work independently.
* Mandarin skills (including reading, writing and speaking) strongly preferred.

* Work approximately 15 to 20 hours a week with the potential to grow to a full-time position with the right candidate. No telecommuting.
