	Ms. Otsu is a Senior Attorney in Pacific Law Group LLP's corporate department. Her practice focuses on counseling start-ups and established multi-national companies on commercial and technology related transactions and corporate governance, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, technology licensing, and protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
	Since joining the firm in February of 2000, she has handled a variety of complex venture capital financings, ranging in size from small intrastate offerings to multi-million dollar international private offerings.
