	Mr. Guan was born in China and began his legal career working in the Justice Bureau of Guangdong Province, China. His practice in China included family law, criminal law, foreign investment, and commercial transactions.
	After graduating from McGeorge, Mr. Guan has specialized in business immigration and naturalization law, particularly in obtaining investment and employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas. He has successfully obtained thousands of visas for his clients since 1994, and advises many Silicon Valley corporations in immigration matters, including several major public companies and one of the "Big Five" accounting firms.
	He is admitted to practice law both in the United States and in the People's Republic of China. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
